The saddest realization coming out of this election for me is that over half of Americans have proven that they don’t know (or care about) right from wrong. Where does that come from- our failing education system? Entertainment masquerading as news? Fear? The historic parallels of a population supporting an autocrat because of christian nationalism and feelings of economic inequality are concerning, to say the very least.
