I also have been picturing Trump, especially after seeing the big red mark on his neck as the Ivan Albright version of Dorian Gray with all the sins showing up making the figure look quite syphilitic. That is how I think of Trump as a syphilis encrusted person. I assume he would get antibiotics if he got syphilis. He is just a terrible guy.
That red mark looks like he's being treated with a topical chemotherapy agent which is used for some skin cancers or pre-cancers. It can be unsightly while it works. Given that Trump lives in Florida, golfs all the time, and has the pale coloring of northern Europeans, this would not be a surprising diagnosis.

I have used topical chemo before, and it basically turns your skin into raw hamburger if the lesion is big enough. My skin did look like that, only much smaller areas. His hands are different - they look like leaking blood vessels, which can happen if you have blood draws or IVs. I assume he's being medicated for his other health problems and to keep him on his feet - which is kinda creepy if you think about it.
