Print vs online been an ongoing discussion/argument in the editorial cartooning profession for years. Putting aside the readership issue, does a cartoon have more impact visually in print? I think it depends. In this case this cartoon online is in color and also animated, which usually has more impact just because of the medium- it moves and eyeballs tend to look at stuff that moves. But the print version with the juxtaposition of the photograph and static cartoon gives it depth and an added punch.
